You can verify their ranking on the internet searches by entering the site url into the www.alexa.com website. If, you start a backlinks campaign to get your sites listed on the above mentioned web directories, your site is on an excellent path to come up on the search engine searches and results. When you engage in a backlinks campaign you must build wide, but gradual, so you backlinks appear natuaral to the search engines.  The more locations your website can be found the better.
